Why the AI in Aice?

Let's be clear. Aice is not a labor of love like many products. It's a labor of hate! We HATE the ice cube tray. Period.

This is NOT our first attempt at inventing a better way to make ice. In fact, we have been working on a solution for 8 years. Our first attempts did not work as we had planned. Eventually we were able to turn to AI for answers.

With the help of AI we were able to finally determine why our designs were failing and that allowed us to move on, to a new design entirely. Through continued work with our AI, we were able to streamline the exploratory process, eliminate options and actually create simulated designs as we went along. AI didn't invent Aice, but it helped the inventors in countless ways.
